IMO go without a deskmat, or do something related to the ruinic legends. If you want a deskmat with your logo on it for yourself, sure get one, otherwise it doesn't offer any value to this project. Sure the colours fit, but it just comes across to me as branding for you without providing any depth of design outside of that.
Would like to see AltGr, whether in base or in the extension kit. Consider seeing if you can use OG cherry logo.
